In spring 2021, Moonfare conducted a survey of our investors to develop a broader sense of what they expect across markets. We asked them about the investment strategies they developed and the lessons they learned since the onset of Covid-19. More than 200 Moonfare investors completed the survey. Their responses reflect a sense of measured optimism and a pragmatic approach to navigating markets that are facing events with little precedent.
Key highlights
- Macro outlook Asked which risks worry them the most, Moonfare investors mentioned the disconnect between the real economy and asset prices, populism and a bubble as key issues.
- Investment strategy Moonfare investors said they are holding most of their wealth in the stock market and real estate. In third place: private market funds, an area where they want to allocate more.
- Asset price prediction In the spring 2021, more than half of Moonfare investors believed the bull market will continue for two years or more.
