Berlin, 19 May 2026 – Moonfare, the global private markets investment platform and manager, has announced the appointment of Chris Maule as Head of UK. Based in London, he will be responsible for accelerating Moonfare's growth in the UK market among private investors and family offices.

Chris brings more than fifteen years’ experience across private markets, alternatives and investor distribution. His appointment marks another milestone in Moonfare’s European growth strategy and supports its ambition to broaden access to institutional-quality private markets opportunities.

In his new role, Chris will be responsible for shaping and executing Moonfare’s UK strategy, cultivating key investor relationships and continuing to develop and grow the UK investor relations team.

Prior to joining Moonfare, Chris spent six years leading Connection Capital’s private client and family office distribution strategy. He oversaw fundraising across private equity, private debt and alternative fund strategies and helped shape the firm’s UK private client franchise.

Earlier in his career, he founded and built a regulated investment platform connecting private and institutional investors with carefully assessed borrowers, developing strong relationships across the alternatives market.

His appointment further bolsters Moonfare’s senior team, following the recent appointment of Alice Avenel as Head of France and Benelux, and Joanna Christie as Chief Marketing Officer.
