It’s been a busy start to 2023 at Moonfare as we continue working hard on several exciting projects — one of which is to bring our community of like-minded investors together much more often this year.
We kicked it off with three exciting events in January: a philanthropy dinner in Munich and two investor gatherings in St. Moritz.
Last week, we brought the Moonfare community together in Munich as we kicked-off our long-term partnership with The Dariu Foundation, a charity focused on fostering digital education for children.
The partnership will give Dariu access to more than 50,000 people connected to Moonfare, with the aim of bringing more visibility to its work and access to an engaged and digitally driven group of people.
To celebrate, we hosted an exclusive dinner for Moonfare’s community and Dariu. The evening highlighted Dariu’s ‘The Impossible Project’ initiative, which focuses on supporting disadvantaged children in rural South East Asia through school and digital education.
You can find out more about Dariu and its work here.
The following day, we opened the door for our investors to one of Switzerland’s most exclusive art galleries, Hauser and Wirth. Our community enjoyed drinks and canapes, as well as a private tour of the gallery space.
That weekend, we stayed in Switzerland to host our community members at the St Moritz Winter Cup, a polo event played on the city’s eponymous lake. We were delighted to see so many of our investors enjoy the thrilling action at one of the world’s most unique sporting events.
