Moonfare’s CEO named one of PE’s most influential — third time running
Private Equity News, a leading publication in the industry, has once again named Steffen Pauls among the 50 most influential people in private equity globally.

This is the third year in a row that Steffen has been recognised for his exceptional leadership and significant contributions to the private equity sector.
“Steffen Pauls has led an active year for Moonfare, the digital platform for private market investments,” the authors of the list noted.
And it has indeed been a busy year for the firm. Moonfare introduced a direct investing program, launched a European long-term private equity fund designed for retail investors and established its first semi-liquid fund — among many other achievements.
Steffen founded Moonfare in 2016 with a mission to democratise what has historically been an institutional asset class.
Since founding, Moonfare has grown into a global platform with over 61,000 members across 23 countries. In June, the company surpassed €3 billion in assets under management, marking another significant milestone.
