EQT VIII and EQT IX funds are planning to acquire IFS, a global enterprise solutions provider that allows companies to digitize their core operations.
The acquisition would bring TA Associates, which is joining the investment, as a minority partner with a significant stake in IFS.
The deal would support IFS and the management team with product capabilities and continued investments, both through add-on acquisitions and organic growth.
